• * You must be part of Brown and Toland Medical Group AND select one of our doctors as your primary care physician for us to bill your HMO insurance on your behalf.  Please contact your insurance company, switch to Brown and Toland Medical Group and have them assign us as your primary care physicians prior to your visit to insure the cost of your visit will be covered by your insurance.  For most insurance companies, your request to switch primary care physicians becomes effective on the first day of the following month.  Please call the number on the back of your card for more information and assistance in making the switch.

Private Pay

• Charges for office visits are determined by the time spent and will vary with the severity and complexity of the problem. Payment is expected at the time of service. 

• First Visit ($420) will be about an hour long

• Annual Physical ($400) will be approximately 45 minutes

• Follow-up or Urgent Appointments ($132) are scheduled for 15-30 minutes
